  2. 2. πŸ“Œ Plan Duration & Payments πŸ”Ή The plan requires 12 consecutive monthly instalments of a fixed amount selected during enrolment. πŸ”Ή Payments must be made on or before the due date each month through the mobile app. πŸ”Ή Payment Modes: Customers can pay via UPI, or Debit Card as available in the app. πŸ”Ή Manual Payment Required: Customers must manually make payments each month through the mobile app. No automatic deductions will be made from the registered payment method.
  3. 3. πŸ“Œ Jewellery Purchase & Redemption πŸ”Ή Upon completion of the 12-month term, customers can use the accumulated amount (including any applicable bonus or benefits) only for purchasing Gold Jewellery at Navyaa Aabharan. πŸ”Ή Jewellery purchases must be made in-store, as per store policy. πŸ”Ή The accumulated amount cannot be withdrawn as cash or used for other products/services. πŸ”Ή Additional purchases beyond the saved amount will be charged at prevailing rates, including applicable making charges (if any).
  4. 4. πŸ“Œ GST & Other Charges πŸ”Ή Goods & Services Tax (GST) and other applicable government levies will be charged extra at the time of Jewellery purchase. πŸ”Ή The plan benefits do not cover GST, stone charges, or additional customization charges. πŸ”Ή The final invoice will be generated and shared via WhatsApp upon Jewellery redemption.
  5. 5. πŸ“Œ Early Termination & Refund Policy πŸ”Ή If a customer fails to complete the full 12-month term, the plan benefits (zero making charges or bonus) will be forfeited. πŸ”Ή The saved amount can be used only for purchasing Gold Jewellery, but no additional benefits will be provided. πŸ”Ή No cash refunds are allowed under these schemes. πŸ”Ή Customers can track their plan status and balance via the app at any time.
  6. 6. πŸ“Œ Plan Modification & Discontinuation πŸ”Ή Navyaa Aabharan reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Swarna Varsha plans at any time without prior notice. However, benefits for customers already enrolled will be honored as per the original terms.
  7. 7. πŸ“Œ Non-Transferability πŸ”Ή The plan and its benefits are non-transferable and can only be availed by the registered customer.
