  1. 1. ๐Ÿ“Œ Eligibility ๐Ÿ”น Open to all customers who agree to the plan terms and complete the enrolment process via the Navyaa Aabharan Mobile App. ๐Ÿ”น Customers must provide valid identification and contact details at the time of registration. ๐Ÿ”น Enrolment confirmation and payment details will be accessible through the app.
  2. 2. ๐Ÿ“Œ Plan Duration & Payments ๐Ÿ”น The plan requires 11 or 12 (based on the scheme you choose) consecutive monthly instalments of a fixed amount selected during enrolment. ๐Ÿ”น Payments must be made on or before the due date each month through the mobile app. ๐Ÿ”น Payment Modes: Customers can pay via UPI, or Debit Card as available in the app. ๐Ÿ”น Manual Payment Required: Customers must manually make payments each month through the mobile app. No automatic deductions will be made from the registered payment method. ๐Ÿ”น Platform Fee: A nominal platform/processing fee per transaction applies and will be shown at checkout. This fee is non-refundable and not adjusted against jewellery value.
  3. 3. ๐Ÿ“Œ Jewellery Purchase & Redemption ๐Ÿ”น Upon completion of the selected term, customers can use the accumulated amount (including any applicable bonus or benefits) only for purchasing Gold Jewellery at Navyaa Aabharan. ๐Ÿ”น No Clubbing of Plans: Balances from multiple plansโ€”even under the same customerโ€”cannot be combined for a single purchase. Each plan must be redeemed separately (separate invoice/transaction). ๐Ÿ”น Jewellery purchases must be made in-store, as per store policy. ๐Ÿ”น The accumulated amount cannot be withdrawn as cash or used for other products/services. ๐Ÿ”น Additional purchases beyond the saved amount will be charged at prevailing rates, including applicable making charges (if any).
  4. 4. ๐Ÿ“Œ GST & Other Charges ๐Ÿ”น Goods & Services Tax (GST) and other applicable government levies will be charged extra at the time of Jewellery purchase. ๐Ÿ”น The plan benefits do not cover GST, stone charges, or additional customization charges. ๐Ÿ”น The final invoice will be generated and shared via WhatsApp upon Jewellery redemption.
  5. 5. ๐Ÿ“Œ Early Termination & Refund Policy ๐Ÿ”น If a customer fails to complete the full-term or misses after consecutive monthly instalments, the plan benefits (zero making charges or bonus or lucky draws) will be forfeited. ๐Ÿ”น The saved amount can be used only for purchasing Gold Jewellery, but no additional benefits will be provided. ๐Ÿ”น No cash refunds are allowed under these schemes. ๐Ÿ”น Customers can track their plan status and balance via the app at any time.
  6. 6. ๐Ÿ“Œ Plan Modification & Discontinuation ๐Ÿ”น Navyaa Aabharan reserves the right to modify or discontinue ANY plans at any time without prior notice. However, benefits for customers already enrolled will be honored as per the original terms.
  7. 7. ๐Ÿ“Œ Non-Transferability ๐Ÿ”น The plan and its benefits are non-transferable and can only be availed by the registered customer.
  8. 8. ๐Ÿ“Œ Force Majeure Clause ๐Ÿ”น Navyaa Aabharan is not liable for delays or inability to fulfil plan benefits due to circumstances beyond its control, such as government regulations, financial crises, or unforeseen economic changes.
